New paintings and new happenings

So...
I've had this post pending for quite some time. We have been very busy- working, gardening, playing, playing, and playing.

This will be pretty brief, but much more to come soon.
New work by Jason.
Above is a new mural for the University.
Below are two cutouts for the Wal-Mart supplier fair.
We had a great time with the cutouts!

Below is another mural on campus.
The pictures don't do it justice. Very nice painting.

More playing...

So...
Our blog is called The Sunflower House.
Here is an old update on the sunflowers.
Currently they are several feet high...sorry. I told you this post has been pending for awhile.

More to come soon...

Happy Spring

Here we are into our Spring.
We stay outside late. We eat outside with our friends.
We play in the dirt. We go to the farmer's market. We look tanner.
We spring clean. We are so happy.

Happy Spring Everyone!
Here are some recent happenings at our house.

We got 12 inches of snow. We built a 10 foot snowman.

Just a few days later...Mr. Cash is sawing at the snowman.
From the looks of his pants...he may have played in the dirt.

He created this "puppet show" with his nanny.
I'm pretty sure he was inspired by the public library's toddler time puppet show.

Mr. Cash asked me to put on his music CD Uncle Kent made for him...
then he danced with his shadow and sang along to James Brown.
Thanks Kent.

We did some serious Easter egg coloring.
Look how ridiculously serious we look.
Excuse the workout hair I got going on. It seems to be the only hair style I have lately.

Of course, we hid those same eggs.

Here is Mr. Cash keeping his eye on someone so they wouldn't steal his eggs (it was the dog).

Now to the Easter action shots.
We adults like to have an egg toss with those beautiful eggs.

This is my favorite picture we took all day.
We took some formal cheese pictures, but this pictures really shows who we are.

Keith...oh, Keith

We toss eggs. Dad tosses kid.
I love these two.

Biking with Babes and Playing in the Dirt (Compost)

A little bike ride with buddies...

6 bikes, 2 bike trailers...don't forget the bike pump!

There was quite a bit of prepping for this trip

They are so dang cute!

Jason pulled these two toddlers.

We had a great time biking with our buddies!

The garden...

This would be our starters- cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, basil

Mr. Cash really was helpful...really

We love our dirt!
